Music Psychotherapy

In-person (NYC) & virtual sessions for individuals and groups in English/Mandarine.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and emotional healing through music psychotherapy, using evidence-based creative approaches.

Teaching

Music’s power to heal and connect thrives in shared spaces. As a board-certified music therapist and erhu musician, I design interactive, evidence-based workshops and collaborative projects that are tailored to your goals—whether therapeutic, educational, or artistic. Let’s co-create meaningful musical experiences.

Medical Music Therapy

I provide evidence-based music therapy for medical needs, including stroke recovery (aphasia), dementia care, and palliative support.

Services are available in-person (NYC clinics and home visits) and online—tailored to each individual’s therapeutic goals and accessibility needs.

Erhu Music & Collaborations

The erhu’s voice has been part of my story since childhood—its melodies carry both joy and sorrow, much like the human experience itself. Today, I bring this expressive tradition to stages across NYC, blending cultural heritage with contemporary collaborations.
